Refund policy
At SKILLORA VAULT, we sell digital products such as ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable educational resources. Because our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-returnable.
We may issue a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged incorrectly.
- You purchased the same product more than once.
- You did not receive access to your digital product.
- The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- The product received is significantly different from the description.
Refunds are not granted if you simply change your mind, no longer need the product, expected a physical item, or failed to read the product description before purchasing.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
